Applications and platform code sit under AGPL-3.0. Tooling and tokens under MIT. That split is intentional.
If you are our client and want to leave tomorrow, you should be able to host the whole thing yourself. Source on GitHub, deploy notes in the repo, no locked binary in the middle. AGPL keeps that door open and stops someone from taking the code, closing it, and selling it back as a black box.
Want AGPL code inside a closed product? Ask for a separate license. We would rather have that conversation early than pretend the license is decoration.
