Apps and web with open source at the core. We host it, or you do.
We have been coding since 1998. Platforms, apps and APIs that need to last. You run them, we run them, or we land somewhere in between. This site is the work itself: architecture, source code, and the trade-offs we made along the way.
Atypisch is a Dutch studio for apps and web. We design, build and run platforms with open source as the default. Self-host if you want. Leave it with us if you do not. Most of the time we meet in the middle.
The ecosystem
see allThree applications on shared layers. Simezu for identity, Soriku for AI, Akyru as our own model underneath. Hover a block to see what hangs off it.
What it looks like
Screens from the products themselves. No mockups of something that is not there yet.
Git-based deployment: push, build, live.
wemazu.com
Accounting for teams: invoices, quotes, relations.
rozuro.com
Newsletters, lists and automations.
sumezi.com
Our AI layer on Ollama and open models.
soriku.ai
Music community platform.
simuze.com
Auth and payments with multitenancy.
simezu.comIn concept
○ conceptThree things we have thought through but not built yet. They are here because we prefer pushback early.
Project and task management that connects to Rozuro for billing and Soriku for smart summaries.
Collaborative documentation with version control and the option to publish externally.
Professional networking focused on real B2B relations, without the social timeline.
Not everything we make hangs on the shared layers. These three stand apart on purpose, so you can use or take them over on their own.
What changed this month
full changelogEvery release that changes behaviour shows up here. Rollbacks too.
Utrecht.
Who runs it is your choice, not our revenue model.
We are happy to host it for you, but source code, deploy scripts and a runbook are included in the first release regardless.
A choice you cannot explain, you cannot reverse.
Architectural decisions are recorded as RFCs, with the trade-off and the measurement included.
Software is done when it survives a year without us.
At the start we write down when we are redundant and what needs to happen before that.
